Following an earthquake on Monday 22 April, Clark Airport (CRK), Philippines is closed until 11.40 on Wednesday 24 April.

Flights to and from Colombo International Airport operating as scheduled

A series of bomb blasts have recently struck churches and hotels across Sri Lanka resulting in many casualties and injuries. Colombo International airport (CMB) continues to be operational and Qatar Airways flights are still operating as per schedule.

UPDATE: Qatar Airways has resumed passenger flight operations to Faisalabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot and freighter operations to Karachi, Lahore and Sialkot . Flights will operate as per schedule. Please check with your local cargo office for more details.

Airspace over all of Pakistan has been closed until further notice due to an escalation in India-Pakistan tensions. Qatar Airways flights to Peshawar, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Sialkot and freighters to Karachi, Lahore and Sialkot may be delayed or suspended until further notice. Flights to other destinations close to this region may experience delays as they divert around the closed airspace. Check with your local Qatar Airways Cargo office for more details. Samsung Galaxy Note 7

With immediate effect, original Galaxy Note 7 and/or replacements of Galaxy Note 7 and recalled Galaxy Note 7 phones are not acceptable on any Qatar Airways Cargo flight as cargo. It is prohibited to accept shipments of Lithium batteries and Lithium battery powered devices which are damaged, if they are subject to safety recall (e.g. those being returned to the manufacturer for safety reasons) or if these are identified as having a safety defect by the manufacturer.
